29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 248 West Grant Street, Eau Claire, WI 54701; Employee(s) engaged in residential construction were not equipped with adequate fall protection when working greater than 6 feet above ground level.  Bertrang Roofing was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1222926, citation 1 item number 2, and affirmed as final order on May 3, 2017 with respect to a work place located at 248 West Grant Street in Eau Claire, WI 54701.
