29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used to run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors.    On or about October 23, 2019, the electrical cable of the air conditioner (sitting outside behind the trailer) was run through a hole in the metal wall of the trailer and was not protected from abrasion.  Employees wee exposed to electrical shock hazards.
