29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered at NorAm Drilling Rig #30 oil and gas drilling operation.   On or about October 23, 2019 employees were not using the necessary protective equipment (H2S monitor) while conducting transportation operations at NorAm Drilling Rig #30, exposing employees to inhalation of H2S (poisonous gas).
