On or about October 23, 2019, Noram Drilling site Rig#30, trailer #796 was not grounded to earth. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(v): A receptacle installed outdoors in a location protected from the weather or in other damp locations did not have an enclosure for the receptacle that was weatherproof when the receptacle was covered.  On or about October 23, 2019, Noram Drilling site, Rig#30, outdoor receptacles did not have covers and were not protected from the weather. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.   On or about October 23, 2019, Noram Drilling site Rig #30, several extension cords were connected together (daisy-chained) to power the sewage water recovery tanks. Employees were exposed to a fire and electric shock hazards.
