Crossbraces were used as a means of access: location: scaffold erected around exterior of building on or about: 10/30/19 a) Employees, working on a scaffold up to 28' high, were not provided with adequate access. The employees climbed the crossbraces and walkthrough frames. NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
