(b) On August 6, 2019, for the employee exposed to struck-by hazards while installing water supply pipes in a trench at least 9 feet 6 inches in depth for the water transmission line 19-01 project in the vicinity of Santee Road and 66th Street SE in Lincoln, North Dakota.
