29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed:   a) On or about 10/29/19, at the lower roof area of the site, Lewiston, NY. Employee, while positioning the rafter beam to the header beam, leaned a 8-foot step ladder to the header beam and stepped on it.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
