Employees were required to use chemical products containing chemicals such as but not limited to Acetone, Titanium Oxide, Nickel Antimony Titanium Oxide, Hydrotreated Light Distillate, and Ethylbenzene and were exposed to harmful and flammable liquids and vapors.

Employees were required to use chemicals such as, but not limited to: - Bestine Solvent & Thinner by Union Rubber, Inc (which contains 100% Heptane) - Klean-Strip Acetone by W. M. Barr (which contains 100% Acetone) - Klean-Strip Lacquer Thinner by W. M. Barr (which may contain up to 50% Acetone, 31.5% Toluene, 35% Methanol, etc.) - Plasti Dip Thinner by Performix (which contains60-70% toluene and 30-40% VM &P Naphtha) - Regal Classic Premium Interior Semi-Gloss Finish, Benjamin Moore (which contains 10% Kaolin, 5% Carbon black, 0.5% Titanium dioxide, etc.) - 2K Activator, Nason finishes (which contains 36.8 % Methyl Isobutyl Ketone, 37-48% Aliphatic Polyisocyanate resin, etc.)
