29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:   8116 Potranco Rd. Construction site roof sill.  On or about November 04, 2019 and at times prior thereto, the employees observed using a self-supporting 8 foot A-frame ladder as a non-supporting ladder while caulking had not been properly trained to recognize the fall hazard.

On or about November 04, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards from using a self-supporting 8-foot A-frame ladders in a lean-to, non-supporting method against an exterior wall while applying caulk.
