29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:   On or about November 6, 2019, and at times prior thereto, CFG Construction, as a controlling and correcting employer of the contract work, did not provide or maintain programs and conduct inspections of the job site to ensure that Jose Gutierrez (roofing subcontractor) or any other workers/laborers under the contract work protected their employees from hazardous conditions to include unprotected falls approximately 30 feet.
