29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  (a) Hallway leading into the bathrooms and storage area of the back room:  Employees were exposed to overhead and struck-by hazards where boxed merchandise stacked above head height, and in excess of 7 feet high, was not arranged in a stable manner to prevent it from falling onto or in the path of employees.
