29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Retail Store and Back warehouse Area: Aisles and walkways were not maintained in orderly condition where boxes were placed narrowing the paths of egress. a) Baler Aisle: Card board boxes were placed in front the baler, blocking approximately, the first two feet of the aisle. b) Stock Room Aisle: There were boxes placed in a section of the aisle reducing the width to 23 inches. c) Store Cosmetic Aisle: There were boxes placed in a section of aisle reducing the width to 19 inches. d) Store Stationary Aisle: There were boxes placed in the aisle reducing the width to 22 inches. e) Store Hardware Aisle: There were boxes placed in a sections of the aisle reducing the width to 24 inches.
