29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.    On 11/6/19, at the Lawrenceville South Lawn job site, employees working on scaffolds performing masonry work were exposed to fall hazards greater than 12 ft. as they worked on a scaffold that was not equipped with end rails or lower guardrails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.      On 11/6/19, at the Lawrenceville South Lawn job site, an employee performing masonry work on roof levels was not protected with fall protection systems. The employee was working outside where guardrails had been installed on the roof and was exposed to a 30 ft. fall.
