29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with the program elements required for voluntary use to prevent potential hazards associated with the use of the respirator.  On or about November 7, 2019, at the worksite located at 450 Goolsby Blvd, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program when offering filtering facepiece respirators and 3M Elastomeric Half-Facepiece Respirators for use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard that the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area. Information and training was not designed to cover all applicable categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals:   On or about January 30, 2020, at the work site located at 450 Goolsby Blvd., Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, the employer did not provide training for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, 285 Lead Free Flux Cored Solder while performing soldering.
