29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 2733/2735 Wesley Ave., Ocean City, NJ: On or about November 6, 2019 a Jarli and Son's Construction LLC employee was conducting framing on a three story residential structure from carriage backstop of the elevated forks of a Gradall rough terrain fork lift. The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to a fall hazard.
