29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  (a) On or about 11/07/2019 - Flat Glass area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards due to the sheets of glass and mirrors leaning along the north wall and up against, but outside of, the wooden storage frames in the aisles not being secured.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) On or about 11/07/2019 - 1200 4th Avenue S, Birmingham AL, employees were exposed to fire and chemical burn hazards when a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented for employees working in and around chemicals including, but not limited to, Diamond Tool Coolant, Sika Primer-207 AGR, Sika Aktivator Pro Pads, SikaTack Mach 60 Glue, Dekalin Dekaseal 8936 Sealant, Cassady and Self Glass Company Glass Cleaner, Crest Spray Release All Solvent, and Denatured Alcohol.
