29 CFR 1926.300(a): Hand tool(s), power tool(s) or similar equipment were not maintained in a safe condition.  a) On or about on November 07, 2019, on the second floor, room 212, employees were utilizing a Milwaukee Reciprocating Saw with a damaged electrical power cord that had black electrical tape wrapped around a section of the cord in two different areas.  b) On or about November 07, 2019, in the kitchen area, employees were utilizing a hand held band saw with a damaged electrical power cord with black tape wrapped around a section.
