29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):          a) Back of Kennicott House - On or about November 7, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working without fall protection from a steep pitched roof having a ridge height of about 40 feet and ground to eave height of approximately 16 feet.     b) Front and back of Kennicott House -  On or about November 7, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working without fall protection from a low slope/flat roof having a ground to eave height of approximately 10 feet.     No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:         a) Back of Kennicott House - On or about November 7, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working without fall protection from ladder jack scaffolding at an elevation of approximately 11 feet.     No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
