29 CFR 1926.59: 29 CFR 1926.59:  An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication:  1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they are readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s):    On or about 11/12/2019, Pavement Solutions, LLC, at 20 Mid Rivers Trade Court, St. Peters, MO, did not have the required SDS (Safety Data Sheets) for the products and/or chemicals presently being used by its employees.  The employer did have MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for the products/chemicals.  The company utilized such products as: 1) Stihl Bar and Chain Lubricant; 2) Stihl 2-Cycle HP Engine Oil; 3) Bravo AW32, 46, 68 Petroleum Mineral Oil; and 4) CARQUEST Mercon V Automatic Transmission Fluid.
