29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:      a. On or about November 8, 2019, on the flat roof, employees of DSR Painting performing painting and caulking work were not protected from a 21 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.       b. On or about November 7, 2019, on the flat roof, the supervisor of Allsouth Renovation checking on the subcontracting crew was not protected from a 21 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system.
