29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Shape Pad Room: The initial die cut and vacuum rollers on the shape pad machine were not properly guarded resulting in an employee sustaining a severe finger injury due to the exposed ingoing nip point of the rollers, on or about October 16, 2019.  Abatement Observed During Inspection.
