29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structural members such as outlined in 1926.502(b)(2)(i)-(iv) of this section were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high:     a. Site - On or about October 30, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of over 8 feet where the guardrail system was missing the mid-rail and exposing employees to the fall hazard.
