29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Domino's Pizza, Inc. at 10252 E. 51st St. Denver, CO 80239: On or before 11/14/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that one or more methods of machine guarding were not used on the Benier Allround dough rounder. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
