29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 08 November 2019, one worker was pulling one piece of stud with a rope from the ground floor up to the fourth(4) floor through an unprotected edge without the use of fall protection, thus exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 36 feet to the ground.
