29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(i)(B): Each employee shall also be trained in and familiar with any other safety practices, including applicable emergency procedures (such as pole-top and manhole rescue), that are not specifically addressed by this section but that are related to his or her work and are necessary for his or her safety: (a) A.H. McCoy Federal Building Electrical Vault - On or about November 13, 2019 employees performing phase test were exposed to burn hazard. The exposed employees were not trained to wear arc flash protective clothing when phasing.

Employees were not wearing arc rated protective clothing.
