29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap  Location: a) 1st Floor  a) On or about 11/19/2019, An employee used a hand-held Makita circular saw to cut wood for the frames of the windows being installed. The cord of the saw was spliced and wrapped by electrical tape.

The outlet was hanging from the cords out of the electrical box.

Location: a) Stairway, Sidewalk to basement  a) On or about 11/19/2019, employees used a stairway to access the basement area of the worksite. The stairway did not have any handrails or stair-rails in place.
