29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(ii): Before work under this standard is performed employers of employees who will perform such work did not inform the following persons of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) present in the area and the precautions to be taken to insure that airborne asbestos is confined to the area:    a) Worksite at 3rd Floor, 540 West Hanover Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960.    Employer did not inform employees of the location and quantity of PACM (presumed asbestos containing materials) present in the area and the precautions taken to insure that airborne asbestos is contained for employees performing dry removal of PACM floor tile using an electric scraper.      Violation occurred on or about 10/23/2019.
