29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected:      A.)  Sensus USA Inc. - On or about 11/20/19, and at times prior thereto, all authorized employees were not included in the periodic inspection of the lockout/tagout procedures.  Authorized employees perform servicing and maintenance on equipment including, but not limited to, the lower defrag.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:  Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
