OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.     On or about 11/20/2019 throughout the distribution center the employer failed to protect employees from struck by related injuries where there were steel storage racks, loaded with materials, that were visibly damaged by powered industrial trucks at locations including but not limited to:    a. RG 19 (Cut upright)  b. RA 20 (Cut upright)  c. K5 (Severely bent upright)  d. K6 (Severely bent upright)  e. RS 01 (Severely bent upright)  f. RS 03 (Severely bent upright)  g. RS 05 (Severely bent upright)    One feasible means of abatement would be to maintain the structural integrity of the installed rack system by assuring proper operational, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures including but not limited to: Regularly inspect for damage. If damage is found, IMMEDIATELY unload the affected area and replace or repair any damaged columns, beams, or other structural components."
