29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:   7345 Manchester Road, Maplewood, MO:  Employer is exposing employees to fall hazards.  Two employees working from an aerial lift (Genie S-45) approximately 25 feet from ground level did not have their safety harnesses attached to any part of the equipment.  The employees were exposed to imminent danger.
