29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about November 14, 2019, at Lot 8, 4295 Sunflower Circle, Cumming, Georgia:  An employee performing siding installation work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.7-feet and greater when he worked on a porch roof without using fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  On or about November 14, 2019, at Lot 8, 4295 Sunflower Circle, Cumming, Georgia:  An employee performing siding work on a porch roof was exposed to an approximately 11.7-foot fall hazard while standing on an unopened a-frame ladder that was leaned against the wall of the house.
