29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use:   7345 Manchester Road, Maplewood, Missouri: Employer is exposing employees to amputation hazards.  The employees are permitted to operate an unguarded power operated radial saw which was designed to accommodate a guard.   On 11/19/2019 employees used a power operated radial saw which had slots for attaching a guard.  The employees were exposed to unguarded rotating edges of the blade of the radial saw.
