29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    (a) On or about, November 20, 2019, at a worksite located at 505 Century Oaks Dr., Waukesha, WI, the employer did not ensure employees were trained in recognizing fall hazards and implementing fall protection when conducting roofing work on a residential building. Employees were conducting roofing work and were exposed to an approximate 21 foot fall hazard and were not trained in fall protection.
