29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:   (a) Allstate Sweeping, Inc.  at 10150 E 106th Ave in Brighton, CO 80601:  On or before November 21, 2019, the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in  the workplace, in that employees were potentially exposed to the inhalation of road dust.  This condition potentially exposed employees to the hazard of inhaling dust and other respiratory irritants while operating street sweepers.
