29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15): Walking-working surfaces not otherwise addressed. Except as provided elsewhere in this section or by other subparts of this part, the employer must ensure each employee on a walking-working surface 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by: (i) Guardrail systems; (ii) Safety net systems; or (iii) Personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems:  a. On the roof of a multi-residential building, located at 2921 NE 23rd Street, in Ocala, Florida: On or about November 18, 2019, the employer exposed an employee to a 20-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by the employee who walked on a roof eave/edge and to remove leaves from gutter systems.
