29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:   On or about October 24, 2019 during the installation of roofing material on a residential single family home located at 284 Gail Ave NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards and struck by hazards (employees working directly under roofing work) from working surfaces of varying heights approximately 7.9 feet.
