29 CFR 1910.134(k):   The employer did not provide the basic information on respirators in accordance to Appendix D of this section to employees who wear respirators when not required by this section or by the employer to do so:  Rear workshop, west side of the building--employees performing detailing on weapons are exposed to difficulty breathing/ shortness of breath, because the employer did not inform them of the information in appendix D of the standard.
