29 CFR 1910.126(d)(1) : The condenser or vapor-level thermostat did not keep the vapor level at least 36 inches (91 cm) or one-half the tank width, whichever is less, below the top of the vapor degreasing tank:  82 South Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748  On or about 11/22/19, employees were exposed to trichloroethylene when a level sensor in a vapor degreaser failed, resulting in excessive amounts of vapor to be formed. Trichloroethylene escaped from the system and was contained within the footprint of the vapor degreaser.
