OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by a falling tree:  A) 1632 1st Ave, Manchester Township, NJ 08759: Employees that were working on the ground performing functions associated with tree removal were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling sections of a tree that were being cut and dropped by an arborist working from an aerial lift. The employer did not ensure that an effective safety plan was established and enforced to restrict employees from entering the drop zone. An employee performing ground clearing was struck by a section of the tree that had just been cut by the arborist.    Conditions noted on or about 26NOV19
