On or about November 25, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about November 25, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet ten (10) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about November 25, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty (20) feet four (4) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  c.  On or about November 25, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty (20) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
