29 CFR 1910.263(k)(5): Reversible dough brakes were not provided with a guard or tripping mechanism on each side of the rolls. These guards shall be so arranged as to stop the machine or reverse the direction of the rolls so that they are outrunning if the guard is moved by contact of the operator. On or about and times prior to: 11/20/2019 Location: Dough mixing; South West wall a) The employer did not maintain the dough sheeter's safety guard switch to prevent inadvertent contact with rollers when the safety guards are lifted to stop the machine; exposing employees to caught-in hazard.
