29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Lab - On or about 12/14/19, a Loctite glue gun, operating at 115 volts and 2.04 amperes, a Hakko power supply for the solder gun, operating at 115 volts and 0.58 amperes, Yihua 8508D air station operating at 115 volts and 8 amperes, and a Hakko FA400 smoke absorber operating at 115 volts and 0.16 amperes were connected to a relocatable power tap, operating at 115 volts and 15 amperes.  A relocatable power tap are not intended to be used as a substitute for fixed wiring.  The power tap was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. Lab employees use chemicals such as, but not limited to, Loctite AA 3942 light curing adhesive known as 3942 light cure medical device (which contains hazardous chemicals such as isobornyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate), Chip Quik SMDSW 0.020 Sn63 Pb37 (which contains hazardous chemicals such as lead), and isopropyl alcohol 91% (a hazardous chemical).   A written program should include descriptions of how the criteria for:       1.   Labeling and other forms of warning;       2.   Safety Data Sheets AND       3.
