29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    a- Building T-44 - 4402, 4404, 4408, 4410 Champion Run, Cherry Hill NJ: A worker, not using fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below when installing a 2 x8 fascia to a dormer and other related activities while working and walking from the pitched, unsheathed roof of a residential structure. Condition observed on or about 12/03/19.
