(a) Exterior Light - Engine Shop - On or about December 4, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire and/or electrical shock in that an exterior light was permanently energized with temporary extension cord. (b) Adjacent to Marine Travel Lift - On or about December 4, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire and/or electrical shock in that a permanently installed sump pump was energized with a temporary extension cord.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. (a) Engine Shop - On or about December 12, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to contact with live 110V electrical conductors in that the outlet boxes were not secured or fastened in the wall per the UL listing requirement. (b) Yard - Relocatable Power Tap (RPT) - On or about December 12, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical shock in that an extension cord was plugged into an RPT which was energizing a sump pump near the marine travel lift.
