29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) On or about November 25, 2019, the employer, Pioneer Motorcycles, LTD dba BMW of Denver had not developed and/or implemented an updated and effective written hazard communication program to address the hazardous chemicals currently used in the workplace and the hazards associated with those chemicals. Information in the employer's hazard communication program contained outdated information and inventories of products no longer in use by the employer in the service shop.  A written hazard communication program shall include the following elements, as applicable:  1. An inventory of all hazardous chemicals used in the workplace; 2. Labeling; 3. Maintaining of Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous chemicals, ensuring accessibility for employees; 4. Training; 5. Periodic review to address changes in the workplace.
