29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a) 16635 W 51st Place, Golden, CO: On or about November 4, 2019, a worker was exposed to fall hazards while working from an unguarded mobile scaffold platform positioned fourteen feet - four inches above the next lower level, a concrete floor.  The worker fell and sustained life threatening injuries.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
