29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    a)  At 11364 County road 64, Belforest Elementary School Bldg. E, Daphne, Alabama:  On or about December 6, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without properly using fall protection as required by the manufacturer exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet 9 inches to the ground below.   THE JAMES CONNOLLY DBA JAMES CONNOLLY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(11) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER  1389870, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 2, 2019,  WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 800 BLACKBURN AVE. BAY MINETTE ELEMENTARY, BAY MINETTE, ALABAMA.
