29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Tapping Room: A piston pinchpoint of the S11 Screw Insertion Machine was not guarded. Carbon CNC Room: The Haas Milling Machine was not guarded. Welding Area, Main Floor: The roll pinchpoint of the Schlatter Machine was not guarded. Slitting Area: A chain and sprocket wheel pinchpoint of a slitting machine was not guarded. Cladding Dept. : The roll pinchpoint of the form rolling line was not guarded. Main Production Room: The wobbler shaft of the 4 high rolling mill was not guarded. Maintenance Room: The unused part of the blades of the Jet Metal Cutting Saw and the Wells Metal Cutting saw were not guarded. The back side of a wheel of the metal cutting bandsaw was not guarded.
