29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about 12/6/2019 at 6553 Spout Springs Road Flowery Branch, GA where the employer failed to enforce the use of personal fall protection to workers performing roofing activities at the edge, exposing them to 18.6-foot fall hazards to the lower level.
