29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or a safety monitoring system:    a) 705 Kirkwood Highway (new shopping center construction at the corner of Barry St. & DE Rt. 2) - On or about December 11, 2019, the employer failed to provide fall protection for employees who were exposed to a fall hazard while working along the leading edge of a roof at a height between 12 and 15 feet above the ground.   Santos Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1138527, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/1/2016 with respect to a workplace located at Choptank Road, Middletown, DE.
